It's funny, I always thought of porn magazines as a very American thing, and that if any of that culture leaked into Europe, it would reek of American trash, but this is so different! What is the Dutch playboy like?
hehe. well for me, playboy is NOT porn. Porn is spread legs and a nice beef sandwich if you catch my drift!!! and fyi, we also have very... very trasy porn mag's haha. ofcourse we do! i always thought as america as very prude. very.
Not everyone might agree, but the photos are just very nice. i think they try to vary in girls, the ones with rock hard tits and the natural ones. no beef in sight, some more photoshopped then others, but always in nice locations, and i bet those girls feel REALLY good about them selves. It also has some nice articles on all kinds of stuff. I mean, who doesnt like nature and a pretty lady? Who happens to be naked? :p
America is weird... we ARE full of prudes. But because almost everybody is so afraid of sex, it creates this DEMON out of sex, which creates a nasty nasty porn culture that is very unhealthy in every way. Two extremes: prudes and sluts. With sane people like myself in between, of course :)
Dutch playboy is just a modern magazine, with interviews and articles, mostly aimed at men aged 20-50. And there happen to be really nice pictures of naked ladies in them!
I never really understood the difference, I guess erotica is more subtle? More artistically-minded? Playboy in the US is definitely mostly gross/boring girls in gross/boring photos. Not anything artistic or aesthetically appealing in any way.
Well, in a merely playboy to playboy comparison, the difference is quite incredible. More classy/artistic erotica is really hard to find in the US, because nudity is so feared here. Anything artistic that contains nudity is automatically controversial, socially labeled as pornography, and driven out of sight. For example, you will never see a breast in Vogue US, but in Vogue Paris they are everywhere.
True, but, we don't fear nudity as much as the USA does. Or that is how i perceive it (US not being the centre of the universe kind of way) I mean, even dogs have nipples!!
Gorgeous, and not trashy at all. You could have told me it came straight out of some artsy photography publication and I wouldn't have known the difference.
